I've used Jaime twice. First time was a quote to replace my roof before installing solar. His quote was noticably lower than the other two quotes I received from other installers. I didn't end up replacing my roof so I hired Jaime to do a repair job that was causing a leak at my chimney. Jaime resolved the leak with just one visit. My room is an older cement tile roof that is easy to break. Jaime took extra caution to not damage my roof on either visit.
